Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage (EYFS), which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 14 August 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and practice around safer eating and had increased the number of staff supporting at mealtimes. The provider had taken steps to improve daily routines so that all children receive support that is tailored towards their individual needs. Additionally, the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of actions to take in the event of an allegation being made about a member of staff and had sought additional training for all staff to update their knowledge. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
