On 31 July and 5 August 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, whistleblowing, as well as information and record keeping. The notifications means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of the early years provider to look after children.

p.1

Summary of outcome

Children now benefit from increased monitoring of their well-being and daily interactions with staff. This ensures that any emerging concerns are identified and responded to promptly. In addition, there is an increase in management oversight. This includes frequent and focused supervision for staff that provides clearer guidance and understanding of their roles and responsibilities. As a result, children experience more consistent and purposeful support and care. This enables children to achieve and progress in their learning. On 17 August 2026 , the provider responded to the two actions set. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.2

Summary of outcome

The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
