Leaders meet the requirements of the early years foundation stage statutory framework and place children at the centre of decision-making. They carefully consider the impact of their actions to ensure they continually improve children's experiences and outcomes. Leaders have established effective systems to monitor, review and evaluate the quality of the provision. They use this process to accurately identify priorities for improvement and implement meaningful changes. For example, they have recently enhanced the snacks and light tea provided to offer children a more nutritionally balanced menu.
