Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 20 May 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. During the visit, we found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event, which is a requirement of their registration. The provider has since improved their understanding of when to make notifications to Ofsted.

Summary of outcome
On 25 June 2026 we carried out a regulatory telephone call with the nominated individual. Further documentation was provided and a further regulatory telephone call was held on 10 August 2026. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. Leaders have ensured that managers understand their responsibility to implement risk assessments without delay when safeguarding concerns are raised. Leaders have also supported staff to know and understand the whistleblowing policy by ensuring that the information is clearly displayed within the nursery and having regular discussions with them.
