Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 2 July 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to staff: child ratios, paediatric first aid, changes that must be notified to Ofsted or the relevant childminder agency (CMA), and other legal duties.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 5 August 2026, we carried out an unannounced regulatory visit. We found the provider was meeting the requirements for staff: child ratios, paediatric first aid, changes that must be notified to Ofsted or the relevant childminder agency (CMA), and other legal duties.

p.1

Summary of outcome

However, during the visit we found that the provider had not ensured robust suitability checks and references were in place for adults working at the setting but had taken swift action to put this right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We found that following the incident, the provider took prompt action to reflect, reassess and improve her knowledge and understanding of how to employ suitable staff in emergency situations. We are satisfied with the action taken.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
