Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 17 April 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to special educational needs, learning and development considerations, paediatric first aid, staff: child ratios, and safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment. On 12 May 2026 we received further concerns relating to other legal duties and supervision of staff. On 14 May 2026 the provider notified us about matters relating to the same requirements as outlined above. On 19 May 2026 we received further concerns relating to the same requirements as outlined above. On 27 May 2026 we received further concerns relating to staff: child ratios.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 17 June 2026, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The provision was graded to be urgent improvement. The inspection report card sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 20 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We found that the provider had ensured that all staff had received a supervision session, and further supervisions had been planned. Leaders have devised an action plan from the findings of the supervision sessions to ensure continuous improvement. The provider has put in place a policy on risk assessments during activities and are continuing to embed and monitor how staff implement this to ensure children's ongoing safety. The provider has held meetings with staff to decide on children's learning aims for each room. Leaders are continuing to work with staff to embed the curriculum. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
