Summary of outcome
On 22 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection. During the visit, we found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others.
p.2
Summary of outcome
We found the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of risk assessments and child attendance procedures. The provider now ensures there is a suitable named person to take lead on special educational needs and/or disabilities. The key person system has been strengthened to provide children with settled relationships. Staff have received support to ensure they are consistent in their approach to behaviour management. The provider now uses an online system and has developed a parent information board to strengthen information sharing with parents and carers. However, the support and supervision of staff still remains ineffective to ensure children benefit from quality learning experiences, including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. In addition, leaders and staff do not yet fully understand the settings policies and procedures for safeguarding.
