Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 28 April 2026, we received a notification from the provider. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event. On 26 May 2026 we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements in regard to 3.41 key person; 3.77 accident and injuries and 3.94 information and records.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 22 June 2026, we carried out an unannounced regulatory visit. We found that the provider had taken action to ensure staff followed procedures in regard to children moving rooms and the accurate recording of accidents or injuries. We also found that staff do not implement hygiene routines consistently and that not all staff understand their role and responsibilities in ensuring children are adequately supervised. Following this visit, we issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome

On 27 July 2026, we conducted another regulatory visit. At this visit we found that staff for whom suitability checks have not been completed, do at times have unsupervised contact with children, including completing intimate care routines. Following this visit, we issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. n Actions needed by 31 July 2026

p.1

Summary of outcome

do not allow anyone whose suitability has not been checked, including through a criminal records check, to have unsupervised contact with children being cared for.

p.2

Summary of outcome

On 11 August 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider has improved their recruitment procedures to ensure suitability checks are completed for all staff, and that they are adequality supervised while checks are being completed. The provider has improved supervision and monitoring of staff practice, to ensure that staff understand their roles and responsibilities in ensuring children are adequately supervised at all times, and hygiene routines for children are implemented effectively. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
