Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 26 June 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, whistleblowing, safeguarding training, training and skills, supervision of staff, supporting and understanding children's behaviour. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 29 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take.

p.1

p.1

Summary of outcome

n ensure there is a two-way flow of information with parents and/or carers to ensure the needs of all children are met, with particularly regard to keeping them informed of incidents which could impact on children's wellbeing.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. We will monitor the provider's response to ensure the actions are successfully completed. The provider is still registered with Ofsted. On 11 August 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved their procedures for recording accidents and sharing these appropriately with parents and/or carers. They have updated their policies and procedures to stipulate when information must be shared with parents and/or carers particularly with incidents that could impact children's wellbeing. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.1

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
