Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 18 June 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. On 19 June 2026, the provider notified us about the same matters relating to training and skills, supervision of staff, risk assessment and information and record keeping. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage' to notify Ofsted of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of the early years provider to look after children.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 24 June 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. However, during the visit, we identified that the provider had failed to notify us of any change to the premises which may affect the space available to children and the quality of childcare available to them. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We served two welfare requirements notices. These are legal notices that required the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 15 July 2026 and 3 August 2026, we carried out regulatory visits. The focus of the visits was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions set in the welfare requirements notices. We found that the provider has implemented robust risk assessments that have been shared with staff. We found that staff are now fully aware of the risk assessments in place and are able to implement them in their practice. The provider has ensured that all staff have attended training to help them to understand their roles and responsibilities, with particular regard to procedures for taking children to and from the outdoor area. They have also implemented additional safety measures during these times to help to keep children safe and have ensured that staff are aware of these. In addition, we found that the provider has now ensured that all staff have received an effective supervision. They have amended their supervision systems to ensure that all staff are

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
