Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at http://www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 1 April 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to health, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment and information and record keeping. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage' to notify Ofsted of a significant event which resulted in a child requiring medical attention.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 18 May and 4 June 2026, we carried out regulatory telephone calls. We found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We issued an action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

• ensure risk assessments procedures identify all potential risks to children and that staff know and consistently follow these to minimise any risks, to keep children safe, including during activities.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 11 June 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to suitable people, safeguarding policies and procedures and safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 20 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider was meeting requirements. We also explored what action they had taken following the previous regulatory telephone calls. We found that risk assessment procedures have been strengthened to include potential risks from specific activities and equipment. Staff have been trained to understand and implement these effectively to minimise any risks to children. Leaders have also strengthened the oversight of the completion of risk assessments. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare action raised.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.1

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
