Summary of outcome
On 26 June 2026, we conducted a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last regulatory visit. We found that the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others. They have ensured procedures to report concerns about the welfare of any child are understood by staff and managers, and promptly reported to appropriate safeguarding agencies. Additionally, during the regulatory visit we found a new concern. This means that the provider was not meeting other requirements as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. We served another welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. Summary of outcome
On 13 July 2026, we conducted a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at the previous visit. We found that leaders and managers had reviewed the staffing arrangements and helped staff to understand how to be effectively deployed to meet children's needs. They have delivered additional training to strengthen staff's understanding of how to identify and remove risks to children in their environment, to keep them safe. Leaders have also supported staff to develop effective strategies to manage children's behaviour so that children learn what is expected of them and follow simple rules. These measures have strengthened the arrangements in place to keep children safe while attending the setting. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.

Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
