Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 24 February, 12 and 26 March and 10 June 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to supporting and understanding children's behaviour, suitable people, supervision of staff, safeguarding policies and procedures and safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment. These notifications mean that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage' to notify Ofsted of any allegations of serious harm or abuse by any person living, working or looking after children at the premises where childcare takes place and of a significant event that is likely to affect the suitability of the registered person or any person who cares for, or is in regular contact with, children on the premises to look after children. On 11 June 2026, we received concerns about matters relating to the same significant event.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 15 June 2026, we carried out an unannounced inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The report card and inspection outcome will be published in due course. We served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 22 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had completed an internal safeguarding audit to identify any gaps in staff knowledge. Training and coaching had been provided to all staff to ensure they fully understand the policies to keep children safe. Leaders have strengthened their monitoring, meaning that they complete regular observations and audits and ask on the spot questions. This ensures that staff understand, and are able to implement these policies and procedures consistently to ensure children's safety.
p.2
Summary of outcome
Leaders have strengthened the supervision arrangements for staff. They have reviewed the supervision process and all staff have received a recent supervision meeting with leaders. Leaders have used knowledge from recent training and observations to target support for all staff. This focusses on any gaps in staff knowledge and the needs of the children. Staff have clear professional development targets in place and talk positively about the impact of these strengthened arrangements on their morale and ability to carry out their roles effectively. Furthermore, focus has been given to ensuring staff receive support when they have any health needs. Clear risk assessments have been devised in partnership with the company's human resources department. Senior leaders oversee all of these to ensure staff remain suitable to work with children.
p.2
Summary of outcome
Leaders have provided training for all staff to enable them to identify and minimise risks to children. Staffing arrangements have been reviewed to ensure they meet the needs of the children and assure safety at all times. Leaders have updated their deployment log so this is clearer in identifying which staff are qualified and familiar with the room that they are deployed to. Room leaders have been trained in how to ensure effective staff deployment. This means that there is always a consistent team member in each room, with the required qualifications at all times of the day.
p.2
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
p.2
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
