Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage (EYFS), which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 27 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. Leaders now ensure that all accidents and injuries are recorded, and that parents are informed on the same day. Staff have received further training to develop their knowledge and understanding of accident and injuries. Leaders have identified weaknesses and have scheduled further training and development opportunities for the whole staff team. They have taken appropriate steps to ensure they promote the safety and welfare of children.
