Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 10 July 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to staff: child ratios, key person, accident and injuries, safer eating, risk assessments, medication, managing complaints.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 30 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. Staff had received further training on the prompt management of accidents and the accurate completion of accident records. This helps to ensure that appropriate action is taken to support children's welfare and that parents are kept informed. Leaders had also worked closely with staff to strengthen understanding of adequate supervision and the importance of clear communication between leaders and practitioners. This has helped to improve oversight and ensure children are effectively supervised. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
