Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 12 June, 2 and 7 July 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, supporting and understanding children's behaviour, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment and information and record keeping.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 26 May 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare, suitable people, safeguarding policies and procedures, special educational needs and supporting and understanding children's behaviour. On 29 May 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to the same requirements. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of any person who is in regular contact with children on the premises.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 28 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting one of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of safeguarding procedures, particularly how to respond to allegations made against staff. They now fully understand their role and responsibilities in how to follow up on concerns should an allegation of abuse or harm be made against adults working with children.

Summary of outcome
