Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 5 April 2026, we received a notification that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements in regard to 3.42 staff: child ratios, 3.76 special educational needs; 3.91 risk assessment; 3.34 supervision of staff and 3.41 key person. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant incident.

Summary of outcome
On 27 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their regulatory event. We found that the provider had improved hygiene practices. They have reviewed their risk assessments and implemented regular checks to ensure the premises are clean and safe at all times. Fire evacuations procedures are now conducted regularly to ensure all staff know the procedures to follow in the event of an emergency. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
