Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 27 May and 15 June 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to information and record keeping, health and safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage' to notify Ofsted of a significant event and any change to the premises which may affect the space available to children and the quality of childcare available to them.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 21 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. Leaders have provided training for staff on fire safety procedures in the setting. They have implemented more fire drills to ensure the evacuation procedure is embedded in practice. Furthermore, they have completed risk assessments on their fire evacuation plans to ensure children's safety when leaving the building.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.1

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.1

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
