All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 30 June 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last regulatory event. We found the provider had made improvements to the health and safety of the provision. Action had been taken to minimise potential hazards and staff knowledge of risk assessment procedures had been improved. A fire safety check had been carried out, and fire exists were found to be clear and new extinguishers in place. Temporary measures had been introduced to support children's dignity and privacy when toileting until more appropriate doors could be fitted. Supervisions of staff and management were beginning to take place and plans were in place to ensure these were completed with all staff. The steps taken have helped to maintain children's health, safety and welfare.
