Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 30 April 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to, accidents and injuries and staff: child ratios. The notifications mean that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of serious incidents, accidents and injuries.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 25 June 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures. On 19th June 2026 the provider notified us about matters relating to the same requirements. The notification mean that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of allegations that may affect a person's suitability to be in regular contact with children.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 26 June 2026 the provider notified us about a number of complaints, relating to toilets and intimate hygiene, staff: child ratios, medicines, supporting and understanding children's behaviour, information for parents and carers and complaints. On 7 July 2026 the provider notified us about matters relating to staff: child ratios, suitable people, and safeguarding policies and procedures. The notifications mean that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of serious accidents and injuries at the setting, serious complaints from parents, allegations that may affect a person's suitability to be in regular contact with children, and any other significant events.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 15 July 2026 we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. Children were not always within sight and/or hearing of staff when playing outside and made their way into an empty classroom.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We found the provider had taken action to put this right. The provider had taken steps to prevent this from re-occurring, by training staff and reviewing and deploying staff more effectively in the outdoor area and physically removing any accessibility to indoor rooms by children when playing outside. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
