Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 12 December 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any serious significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of any person who is in regular contact with children on the premises.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We suspended the provider's registration on 18 December 2025 because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider has a right to appeal against a suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.

p.1

Summary of outcome

Between 31 December 2025 and 28 April 2026, we received 10 concerns relating to safeguarding policy and procedures, concerns about children's safety and welfare, suitable people, qualifications, training, support and skills, supervision of staff, staff: child ratios, health, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment, information and record keeping.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 30 December 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements relating to suitable people and safety suitability of premises, environment and equipment. On 24 February 2026 and 13 May 2026, we carried out further regulatory visits. We found the provider had made some improvements. Leaders had strengthened procedures for risk assessment, and improved toileting and intimate care routines to support the safety of the premises and children's welfare. The provider had also improved staff deployment procedures to help ensure that children are always within sight and/or sound. In addition, the provider improved its complaints procedures to ensure that all complaints and their outcomes are appropriately documented. However, we found the provider continued not to meet some of the requirements relating to suitable people.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 26 June 2026, we carried out a further regulatory visit. We found that the provider had improved its knowledge and understanding of safe recruitment procedures and the use of references to support the recruitment of suitable people. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare requirements. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.2

Summary of outcome

On 29 June 2026, we lifted the suspension because the provider took appropriate action to deal with the matter that led to the suspension. We are satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children has been removed.

p.2

Summary of outcome

The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.2
