Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage,' which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome

On 28 May 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare, safeguarding policies and procedures, staff: child ratios and safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment. On 4 June 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to the same requirements. In addition, information and record keeping, whistleblowing, and key person.

Summary of outcome

On 22 July 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures. In addition, all staff have undergone a comprehensive induction and new guidelines are in place for agency staff. This ensures that all staff know and understand their roles and responsibilities. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
