Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 17 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit to check the providers compliance with the WRNs set. We found that the provider had appointed a new interim manager who has taken significant steps to address all of the actions. The provider and interim manager have put in place a new management structure and the deputies now receive mentoring and targeted support to fulfil this role.
p.2
Summary of outcome
There is now a robust induction training programme in place for new staff. However, the interim manager, through her review of staffing files, has also identified that previous staff did not receive adequate training and they are being included in this training as well. This ensures all staff gain an understanding of their roles and responsibilities. Management have held discussions with staff to gather their views, and supervision and appraisal systems are now in place. Their consultations with staff and parents have aided them in identifying how to continue to drive improvements further.
p.2
Summary of outcome
Staff have all undertaken training, and report positively about this, to ensure that they understand their roles, safeguarding responsibilities, and are able to carry out emergency evacuations. Management have been monitoring the effect of this on staff practice and identified that it has had effective in enabling all staff to fulfil their role in safeguarding children.
p.2
Summary of outcome
The interim manager has reviewed and organised all records to ensure that they contain the correct details, are easily accessible and help her have an oversight of what is working well in the nursery and where additional support may be needed. Staff share the positive effects that these changes are having. There are now details on display to identify what requires notifying to Ofsted to ensure that the relevant information is shared within the required timeframe.

The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
