Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 24 June 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to special educational needs; suitable people; staff: child ratios; accident or injury; food and drink; risk assessment; toilets and intimate hygiene; safeguarding policies and procedures; safeguarding training and complaints.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 25 June 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We suspended the provider's registration on 25 June 2026 because we believe children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider has a right to appeal against a suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We will monitor the provider's response to ensure the actions are successfully completed.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 10 July 2026, the provider appealed the decision to suspend registration to an independent external tribunal.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The suspension remains in place while the Health, Education and Social Care First-tier Tribunal hears the appeal. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.

p.2

Summary of outcome

On 14 July 2026, we found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others. Leaders have completed training and demonstrate an effective understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures. They ensure staff who are designated safeguarding leads understand their roles and responsibilities. Leaders have ensured that effective records are kept when information is shared about children's safety and welfare with other professionals. However, leaders have not supported staff yet to understand the changes that have been implemented to the safeguarding policies and procedures. Therefore, as one action was not fully met, we have served another welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescale set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.2

Summary of outcome

n ensure staff have a secure understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures and how to implement these appropriately when needed.

p.2

Summary of outcome

We will monitor the provider's response to ensure the action is successfully completed.

p.2

Summary of outcome

On 15 July 2026, we lifted the suspension because the provider took appropriate action to deal with the matter that led to the suspension. We are satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children has been removed.

p.2

Summary of outcome

The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
