Summary of outcome
• ensure staff read and understand NHS guidance and ensure babies and children are placed down to sleep safely. On 10 July 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider has reviewed and updated all risk assessments to ensure they are effective. Staff have been reminded of their responsibility to complete dynamic risk assessments throughout the day and to report any hazards immediately. Risk assessments are now regularly monitored and reviewed by management to ensure children's safety and wellbeing. All staff have updated their knowledge of the current NHS safer sleep guidance and completed training to reinforce safe sleep practices. Staff practice will be monitored to ensure that babies and children are placed down to sleep safely.
