Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 29 April 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare, safeguarding policies and procedures, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment and information and record keeping.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 17 June 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the action below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

p.2

Summary of outcome

We will monitor the provider's response to ensure the actions are successfully completed. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.2

Summary of outcome

On 10 July 20265, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at the last regulatory visit. We found that the provider had met the actions in the welfare requirements notice.

p.2

Summary of outcome

We found that staff have completed training and have improved their knowledge of safeguarding issues and the procedures to follow should they have any concerns about a child's welfare. The designated safeguarding lead had provided support, advice and guidance to all practitioners and was ensuring a safe oversight of the use of electronic games.

p.2

Summary of outcome

We also found that staff are now provided with effective training, support and coaching to help them to understand their individual roles and responsibilities and to further improve their professional knowledge and skills. New procedures have been implemented to ensure staff are deployed effectively to meet the needs of children. This ensures that children are usually within sight and hearing of staff and always within sight or hearing. The provider has liaised with the landlord who has taken appropriate steps to ensure the premises are fit for purpose and comply with requirements of health and safety legislation. We found that the provider has improved risk assessment procedures to ensure children's safety and well- being. Required written records, including parental consents are now maintained and children's attendance is now satisfactorily recorded.

p.3

Summary of outcome

We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.3

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.3

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
