Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 1 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. The focus of the call was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions with the end date of 17 June 2026, raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures, including what action to take if an allegation is raised. They have also improved their procedures for assessing and monitoring staff suitability. We are satisfied that the provider has met these actions.
p.2
Summary of outcome
On 9 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions with the end date of 3 July 2026, raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had improved the training and support procedures for staff. They have developed their plans to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, recognising how to use support plans more effectively. Staff now help children to manage their behaviour by reminding them of the rules and by helping them regulate their feelings more effectively. Staff adapt their practice according to the weather to keep children safe. They have also obtained additional resources to use to protect children from the sun when they are playing outside. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
