Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage ', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 25 June 2026, we received two concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to staff: child ratios and safety and suitability of the premises, environment and equipment.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 29 June 2026, the provider notified us about the same matters. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of the early years provider to look after children.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 1 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. We found that they have reviewed the safety of the outdoor fences to ensure that they are all secure. They have implemented more thorough risk assessments to include physical checks of all areas outdoors. We found that they have introduced new security measures on the main entrance to the setting. In addition, we found that they have changed their outdoor play policy to include increased headcounts and zones to ensure that all children are fully accounted for, and that staff supervision of children is maintained. We found that they have trained all staff to understand their new procedures, in order to help to keep children safe.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

Publication of complaints

We publish details of complaints made against childminders, home childcarers and childcare providers where we or the provider have taken action in order to meet legal requirements. We publish details of complaints on our website for a period of five years.
