Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 1 May 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, concerns about children's safety and welfare, special educational needs and accident or injury. On 2 May 2026 the provider notified us about this matter. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant events.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 1 May 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We suspended the provider's registration because we believe children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider has a right to appeal against a suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.3
Summary of outcome
On 15 June 2026, we carried out a welfare requirements notice monitoring visit. We found that the provider had met two of the safeguarding and welfare actions served in the previous welfare requirements notice but not others. We found the provider had improved staff knowledge and understanding of how to ensure children's safety when they are eating. The provider confirmed that they understand the requirement to obtain references before staff are recruited.
p.3
Summary of outcome
We found that staff did not have a suitable understanding of how to recognise concerns about children or to ensure concerns are immediately notified to the local authority children's social care team. We also found that staff did not have a suitable knowledge and understanding of how to manage allegations made against a member of staff. Staff were unfamiliar with the procedure to log concerns about children. Staff did not demonstrate a suitable understanding of how to support children to understand the expectations or how to manage physical intervention. In addition, staff lacked awareness of the support to be provided for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
p.3
Summary of outcome
Additionally, we found new areas of concern. This means that the provider was not meeting other requirements as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. The provider had failed to notify Ofsted of two significant events. The provider was unaware of how to manage reference requests appropriately. The provider had breached confidentiality with regards to information and records on two occasions. The supervision of staff is not ensuring that they understand and can implement policies and procedures.
p.3
Summary of outcome
On 8 July 2026, the provider notified us of their wish to resign their registration. They were still suspended at the time due to ongoing enforcement action. We accepted their resignation and they are no longer a registered childcare provider.
