We will monitor the provider to ensure the actions are successfully completed. The provider is still registered with Ofsted. On 8 June 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit to monitor compliance. We found the provider understands how to implement missing child procedures. The provider now ensures the front door is locked when care is provided to minded children, and was able to discuss safeguarding policies and procedures. This includes the action to take if a there are concerns about a child's safety or welfare. However, we found that the action relating to risk assessment had only been partially met. We have therefore served a further welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take action within the timescales set out below. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
