Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 12 December 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to concerns about children's welfare. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant incident.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 14 May 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting one of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. Procedures to check food served to children with known allergies have been enhanced, and staff have refreshed their food allergen training. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.1

On 18 June 2026 and 19 May 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare.

p.1

On 30 June 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting one of the requirements. We have issued action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

Action needed by 17 July to n ensure changing areas and equipment for changing children are clean and suitable for their purpose.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 6 July 2026 we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider had responded to the action set. Suitable hygienic changing facilities are now provided. This supports children's well-being. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare action raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
