All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 28 April 2026, the provider responded to the actions that had been set and on 5 May 2026, we conducted a regulatory telephone call to review the progress made. We found that the provider had taken appropriate steps to ensure that staff understand their responsibility to raise concerns about poor or unsafe practice. They have ensured that staff are aware of the procedures to follow and are confident that any concerns they report will be listened to and acted upon appropriately. Leaders have strengthened safeguarding arrangements by ensuring that staff with designated safeguarding lead responsibilities have accessed appropriate training and support to carry out their roles effectively. The provider has improved supervision arrangements to ensure that staff receive regular supervision, providing appropriate support, coaching and challenge. This enables leaders to monitor staff practice, identify professional development needs and promote continuous improvement in
