Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 9 June 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to, information and record keeping, concerns about children's safety and welfare, safety and suitability of premises and environment and equipment.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 10 and 23 June 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to staff: child ratios, safety and suitability of premises and environment and equipment. These notifications mean that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage' to notify Ofsted of significant events.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 2 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. Leaders have taken action to identify and minimise risks in the environment. Children no longer gather near the stairs when entering and leaving the premises. This reduces the risk of falls and injuries on the stairs. The provider has trained staff in the new risk assessment procedures. Leaders monitor staff practice to ensure that risk assessments help to keep children safe.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
