Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 3 July 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The purpose of the visit was to check that the actions from the last visit had been met. We found that the provider had taken action to ensure that the premises were safe, suitable and hygienic for children. Hazards in the environment, such as broken shelving has been fixed and is now safe for children to retrieve resources from. The provider has created a daily risk assessment to complete before children arrive. This helps her to identify and address any risks to children's health and safety. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
