Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 29 January 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to accident or injury. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any serious accident, illness, or injury to any child while in their care, and of the action taken.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 23 February 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to information for parents and carers and equality of opportunity.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 1 June 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to changes that must be notified to Ofsted. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of any person who cares for/is in regular contact with children on the premises.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 9 June 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

n provide more detailed information for parents and carers about the range and type of activities and experiences provided for children and for example, where those include optional fees, such as for consumable items

p.1

Summary of outcome

n demonstrate how you aim to promote equality of opportunity, ensuring that every child is included in the full range of learning experiences, activities and outings

p.1

Summary of outcome

n ensure you notify Ofsted of any change to the individuals who are partners in, or a director, secretary or other officer or members, and also of any change to the name or address of the provider, or the provider's other contact information, within the required timescale. On 25 June 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had developed a new letter and policy, which is now given to all families as part of their registration pack when they visit the nursery. It can also be emailed to families on request. In addition, the policy will be clearly displayed on the provider's new website once it is live.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The policy confirms that all children, whether fee-paying, funded, or not contributing towards consumables, are fully included in all activities, outings and events, including external visitors to the setting. The new policy also clarifies that consumable charges now only relate to items such as meals, baby wipes, snacks, sun cream, nappy cream, and those are entirely voluntary. Parents who choose not to pay can provide their own items from home. Consumables are now charged at a nominal rate for morning, afternoon, or full-day sessions.

p.2

Summary of outcome

The provider has contacted Ofsted to clarify all details regarding the business and directors. All records are in the process of being updated. We are satisfied the provider has met the actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
