Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 8 June 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. On 24 June 2026, we carried out a further regulatory telephone call. The focus of the call was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last regulatory event. We found that the designated r safeguarding lead has received training on safeguarding and understands the correct procedures to follow should there be concerns about child's safety or welfare or if concerns about staff arise. The provider has improved their staff deployment to ensure children are effectively supervised and kept safe. In addition, the provider improved the security of the premises to ensure children are unable to leave unsupervised. The provider reviewed and updated their risk assessments to ensure the hazards within the environment are promptly identified and removed to keep children safe. These measures support children's safety and wellbeing at the setting. We are satisfied that the provider has
