Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome

On 27 March 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to health. On 10 April 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of changes that must be notified to Ofsted of a significant event.

Summary of outcome

On 3 June 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. They have strengthened the procedures for administering medication to keep children safe. In addition, we found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome

On 22 June 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last regulatory event. We found that all staff have received additional safeguarding training and developed their knowledge and understanding of the reporting procedures to follow if they have concerns about children and staff, in line with the local safeguarding partnership. In addition, all staff have received training on how to identify signs of radicalisation and extremism and developed knowledge of how to report their concerns externally, to safeguard children. The provider has improved staff deployment to ensure children are effectively supervised and kept safe. In addition, the provider has improved their risk assessments across the nursery to ensure that all environmental hazards are identified and removed promptly, to support children's safety at the setting. We are satisfied that the

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
