Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 26 May 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to staff: child ratios, safeguarding policies and procedures, whistleblowing and concerns about children's safety and welfare.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 9 June 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take.
p.1
Summary of outcome
n ensure all staff, including the named designated safeguarding lead are confident to implement the settings safeguarding policy and procedures on an ongoing basis
p.1
Summary of outcome
n ensure that leaders understand their responsibilities regarding changes that must be notified to Ofsted, including the requirement to notify Ofsted of significant events.
p.1
Summary of outcome
At the visit we also found that the provider had already taken action to make sure that children are continually supervised. The provider has trained staff on the procedures to follow when children are moving around the nursery. Leaders monitor staff practice to ensure that children are supervised at all times. All staff now understand their role and responsibility to ensure that children are safe.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 17 June 2026, the provider responded to the actions raised. All staff, including the named designated safeguarding lead, have completed appropriate training on safeguarding. Leaders have assured themselves that staff understand the settings safeguarding policy and procedures. Leaders have attended training and improved their knowledge regarding changes that must be notified to Ofsted. A new policy is now in place and has been shared with staff. This now provides staff and leaders with clear guidance and improved clarity around their statutory responsibilities regarding when to notify Ofsted of significant events.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
