Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
The report card and inspection outcome will be published in due course. Following the inspection, we suspended the provider's registration because we believe children may be at risk of harm and we served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
n ensure children with emerging developmental concerns are identified and receive appropriate support and intervention to meet their individual learning and development needs. On 16 June 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. During the visit, the provider notified us of their wish to resign their registration from the Early Years Register (EYR) and compulsory part of the Childcare register (CCR) with immediate effect. They were still suspended at the time.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found the provider was meeting the requirements of the voluntary childcare register (VCR) and are satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children has been removed. Therefore, we accepted their resignation, and the provider remains registered with Ofsted on the VCR as a home childcarer and we have lifted the provider's suspension.
