Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 13 February 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, whistleblowing and suitable people. On 10 April 2026 and 14 May 2026, the provider notified Ofsted about matters relating to suitable people and safeguarding policies and procedures. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of matters affecting the welfare of children.

Summary of outcome
On 21 May 2026 we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
We conducted an unannounced monitoring visit on 18 June 2026. We found that the provider had taken satisfactory action. The provider had reviewed their suitability and safeguarding policies and procedures to make sure all staff, including the designated safeguarding lead, understand how to keep children safe and respond to concerns in line with local procedures. The provider reviewed staff supervision to make sure ongoing suitability check ins are factored in. There is a new deputy now in place, and arrival and departure procedures have improved for the safe management of the setting. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
