Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 6 May 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to special educational needs, staff: child ratios, whistleblowing.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 17 June 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. During this visit, we found that the provider had failed to ensure that allegations against a member of staff were notified to the relevant authorities in a timely manner. In addition, the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of significant events. However, they have taken swift and appropriate action to improve these processes and meet the requirements. The provider has reviewed their policies to ensure the process for notifying Ofsted and/or other relevant authorities is clear.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
