Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 21 May 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures. The provider had implemented an effective key-person system to identify and meet individual children's needs. She was able to explain how she uses information gathered from parents about children's individual needs, alongside her ongoing observations, to support their progress. The provider had sought advice from external agencies to help her improve her knowledge and understanding of how to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Finally, the provider had improved their risk assessments procedures. This includes checks to ensure that children are not accessing unsuitable equipment. Furthermore, the provider had replaced the fence lock to ensure
