Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 13 May 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare, safeguarding policies and procedures, and supporting and understanding children's behaviour.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We suspended the provider's registration on 13 May 2026 because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider has a right to appeal against a suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 8 June 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit and we lifted the suspension as we were satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children has been removed. We found the provider was not meeting one of the requirements. We have issued an action for the provider to take within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
n ensure that skills and knowledge support a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities, with particular regard to managing children's behaviour. On 15 June 2026 the provider responded to the action raised. We found that the provider had attended a course on understanding and supporting children's behaviour and completed further research. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare action raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
