Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 3 March and on 6, 7, 11 and 12 May 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, concerns about children's safety and welfare, suitable people, smoking and vaping, training and skills, supervision of staff, health, staff: child ratios and safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 1, 15 and 21 April and 5 May 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, whistleblowing, concerns about children's safety and welfare, training and skills, supervision of staff, health, staff: child ratios and safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment. These notifications mean that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 21 May 2026, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The report card and inspection outcome will be published in due course. Following the inspection, we served a welfare requirements notice on 2 June 2026. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Leaders have implemented new procedures for daily risk assessments to ensure staff take action to remove and minimise risks and improved hygiene practices.
