Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 28 April 2026, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The report card and inspection outcome will be published in due course. Following the inspection, we served a welfare requirements notice on 6 May 2026. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
On 14 May 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. We found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider had made changes to the adult:child ratios to ensure deployment of staff is sufficient to meet the needs of children and provide them with adequate supervision and support. The provider had also improved procedures around mealtimes. Staff demonstrated robust knowledge of children's allergies and special dietary requirements, and how to manage them to ensure the safety of children. The provider had also made the record of complaints readily available. However, the provider had not yet met the actions in respect of key persons and special educational needs. We have therefore served another welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
On 4 June 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last regulatory event.
p.2
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures. The provider has implemented consistent strategies to monitor and support children with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND). Children with SEND have detailed and targeted individual learning plans in place, which are regularly reviewed by the Special Educational Needs coordinator and implemented by staff. The provider has also ensured that each child is assigned a key person who knows them well and uses their knowledge of the child to provide tailored care and learning to support their individual needs. Furthermore, staff have received coaching to ensure they understand the new procedures.
p.2
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
