Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 26 March 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to suitable people.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 20 May 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of changes to the persons aged 16 years or older living on the premises, which is a requirement of their registration. We also found the provider was not meeting other requirements. We served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. Actions needed by 2 June 2026:
p.1
Summary of outcome
n ensure the required adult-to-child ratios are adhered to at all times to meet children's individual needs
p.1
Summary of outcome
n ensure there is adequate equipment available at mealtimes, in particular, by providing children with individual feeding utensils to promote their good health.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 3 June 2026, we carried out an inspection. W e found that the provider had met the actions set in the welfare requirement notice. The provider has reduced the number of children on roll to ensure required ratios are adhered to on a daily basis. This has also enabled the provider to ensure there is adequate equipment available and she has also taken steps to promote children's independence at mealtimes. The report card and inspection outcome will be published in due course . The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
