On 1 June 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their inspection. We found that further training has supported the DSL role and improved staff knowledge in safeguarding so that they are clear what to do if they have concerns about a child, or an adult working with children. Additionally, staff have attended training in observations and next steps and the Nurture approach. This training has strengthened staff knowledge about curriculum and how to understand children's behaviour. Leaders have strengthened the key person system by improving the buddy system so that every child's individual needs are known and planned for effectively. Leaders have engaged with the Local Authority inclusion team to ensure that their knowledge in SEND is up to date and relevant. Further training in SEND is ongoing and shared within the team to support early
