Leaders explain how they strive to ensure children have fun and enjoy attending the club. They explain how they will adapt activities and resources to reflect on the different ages of children when early years children are present. Leaders describe the effective policies and procedures in place. They discuss how they will make sure staff understand their roles and responsibilities in keeping children safe. Leaders discuss how they will regularly review the provision. They explain they are introducing strategies to enhance staff communication procedures, such as walkie-talkies, to further support smoother daily transitions. Leaders recognise this reflective approach helps to strengthen practice and ensure the provision continues to meet children's needs. Leaders discuss how they will work with parents and carers and the school to share information about children. They explain how this supports partnership working and will help staff to reflect on the needs of all children attending.

p.3
About this inspection
We carried out this inspection under sections 49 and 50 of the Childcare Act 2006 on the quality and standards of provision that is registered on the Early Years Register. The registered person must ensure that this provision complies with the statutory framework for children's learning, development and care, known as the early years foundation stage.
p.3
About this inspection
There were no early years' children present and/or on roll at the time of this inspection. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with leaders and an inspection of the premises, equipment and any relevant documentation. When there are no early years' children present, inspectors evaluate and grade only leadership and governance, as there is no reliable evidence from other evaluation areas through which to assess the impact on children. This data was available to the inspector at the time of the inspection.
