Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On the 28 and 29 March 2026, the provider notified us about matters relation to safeguarding policies and procedures, concerns about children's safety and welfare, staff:child ratios, health and safety, and safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment. Subsequently we received a concern linked to the same matters . The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On the 6 May 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
improve risk assessment procedures to ensure children are not exposed to unnecessary risks and help practitioners to identify and minimise potential hazards to protect children's safety
p.1
Summary of outcome
take action to ensure staff with lead responsibility for safeguarding have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the pre-school and local safeguarding children's partners (LSCP) procedures for referrals in the event of a safeguarding concerns, especially when there is a potential safeguarding concern, to protect children from harm. On 1st June 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions previously raised at their last regulatory event. We found that the provider had responded to the actions set. They have ensured the outside area is fully enclosed, thereby minimising the risk of children leaving the setting unsupervised. The provider has improved their knowledge of the referral processes, including notifying relevant agencies of any incidents relating to safeguarding concerns. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
