Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at http://www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 25 March 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to health, qualifications, training, support and skills, supervision of staff, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment and information and record keeping.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 27 and 29 April 2026, we carried out regulatory telephone calls. We found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider had failed to notify Ofsted of significant events where the setting's dietary requirement, preferences, food allergies and intolerance procedures were not followed. The provider had revised procedures for special dietary requirements, preferences, food allergies and intolerances. Staff had been informed of the new procedures, re-read the policy and accessed refresher training relating to food allergies and intolerances.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We also found that the provider was not meeting some of the other requirements. We issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 15 May 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had strengthened supervision arrangements to provide staff with support and challenge to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities and access identified training to improve practice. Risk assessment procedures have been updated to reflect the specific needs of children with allergies, intolerances and medical conditions. These are completed with staff and parents to ensure a clear, shared understanding. Staff have also undertaken risk assessment training to deepen their understanding of how to consistently implement these procedures to keep children safe.
